COURSE GOAL/DESCRIPTION

 There is a fundamental expectation of any job-holder to perform to expectations. If any job holder falls short of that performance expectation it becomes a frustrating experience for both employee and employer, the ROI for making the employment offer becomes shattered. FACILITATORS SPECIFICATION

This Facilitators are required to possess a requisite qualification in Human Capital Development, a solid mastery in life skill and capacity development, a life coach with master’s degree holder in Organizational or Psychology, minimum of 10 years experience in facilitating the life skills to junior and mid-level staff, and a hands-on experience in the crafting and executing of success strategies across complex organizations across a wide spectrum of sectors.
