Implementation
Kaizen Blitz Consulting has experience in strategy execution. We can assist you in all aspects of your implementation project from initial planning to closure. Our services include project management, business analysis, workflow design redesign, job redesign and diagnosis, training and more.
We start with a deep understanding of the operational processes and improve those processes. No matter the size of the project, we’re able to assist.
During implementation we apply the Kaizen Blitz approach.
Step 1: Get everyone aboard: We get all stakeholders engaged.
Step 2: Teian Kaizen: We gather problems from the stakeholders using several information gathering technique.
Step 4: Do a Root Cause Analysis: Using several tools such as Cause and Effect Diagram, Causal Factor Charting and 5 WHYs to identify the root causes, to better understand the problem.
Step 5: Conceptualize and Deploy: Collaborate with stakeholders by informing them about the problems identified and collate all the opinions collected from them, prioritize them using a solutions prioritization matrix.
Step 6: Analyze risks and further areas of improvements: while implementing, we identify risks “from the ground” and list them.
Step 7: Close the Blitz with continuous improvement actions: We fix the problem ones and for all. One of the failures of a Kaizen Blitz event is where you have had to come back and do another Blitz event to fix the same failure. That is not Blitz – That is Waste.
